Style Sequel Terms and Conditions of use

We ask for payment in pounds sterling via Paypal within 5 days of auction end. If payment is not received within this time we will send a non-paying bidder alert via eBay and if the item is not then paid for, it will be offered to the next highest bidder.

Combined shipping is available but we do ask that all items are still paid for within 5 days of auction end. Do let us know if you want to combine shipping.

Postage rules :

• Items will only be sent to your registered Paypal address
• UK postage: Recorded Delivery will only be used for items with a value of £46 or less. Special Delivery will be used for all items over £46. Failure to pay the correct insurance rate at checkout will delay postage as you will be required to pay the extra before items are posted International costs have insurance built in to them
• All items will require a signature upon receipt at which point responsibility for the item passes to you
• We aim to ship all items within 72 working hours of cleared payment. Style Sequel is not responsible for any delays caused after despatch such as from industrial action or destination customs clearance processes
• All associated customs, tax, import charges are legally payable by you. Style Sequel is not responsible for any charges levied and will not mark any customs papers as lower than the actual sale price paid.

We do not allow collections, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Only items listed in the Buy It Now format will be sold at a fixed price. Our auctions will not be ended early.

We don’t give refunds on auction items that are simply deemed unsuitable. All our items are carefully quality controlled and checked. Most items are pre-loved and we will always mention any faults in our listings. Should you receive an item that you feel is not as described please contact us immediately.
